Sony has officially revealed the new games coming to the higher tiers of its PlayStation Plus subscription service for September 2023. As always, there were PS Plus leaks ahead of time, giving fans at least somewhat of an idea of what to expect from the September 2023 lineup. But now PlayStation Plus subscribers have the full picture.
Earlier this week, six PS Plus Extra games leaked online, with leakers claiming that NieR Replicant, Star Ocean: The Divine Force, 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, Civilization 6, Sniper Ghost Warriors Contracts 2, and Unpacking would all be coming to the service. As it so happens, that leak was right on the money. Those six games are being joined by 14 others, with 16 total games coming to the PS Plus Extra tier and four games being added specifically to PS Plus Premium. Of course, PS Plus Premium subscribers get access to all 20 games.
Joining the leaked PS Plus Extra games are Call of the Sea, Cloudpunk, Contra: Rogue Corps, Odin Sphere Lefithrasir, PAW Patrol The Movie: Adventure City Calls, Planet Coaster: Console Edition, Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, Star Ocean: The Divine Force, Tails Noir, This War of Mine: Final Cut, and West of Dead. All of these games will be added to PS Plus Extra beginning September 19.

PS Plus Premium subscribers, meanwhile, will have four additional games to look forward to come September 19. On that day, Dragon’s Crown Pro, Star Ocean First Departure R, Star Ocean: The Last Hope – 4K & FHD Remaster, and Star Ocean: Till the End of Time will be joining the PS Plus Premium lineup. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem any actual PS1, PS2, PS3, or PSP games will be joining PS Plus Premium in September. All these games are PS4 re-releases/remasters.

Besides the new games coming to PS Plus Extra and Premium, subscribers can also grab the monthly free PS Plus games for September 2023 if they haven’t already. Those games are Black Desert: Traveler Edition, Generation Zero, and the Saints Row reboot.
