The Fortnite map has also undergone nostalgic changes, bringing back favorite player locations such as Tilted Towers, Retail Row, and Kevin the Cube at Loot Lake. The reception to OG Season couldn’t have been more positive, with Fortnite smashing its record for active players. And now a leak has revealed what to expect from the next week of Fortnite.
Fortnite leaker Wenso has revealed that the Kinetic Blade and Quad Launcher are part of the 11 items to be unvaulted in Week 3 of the OG Season. According to them, the other items returning are the Planes, Pirate Cannons, Flint-Knock Pistol, Minigun, Suppressed Sniper Rifle, Balloons, Poison Dart Trap, Itemized Glider Redeploy, and Buried Treasure. While the Quad Launcher was introduced in Season 6 and vaulted in Season 7, Fortnite added the Kinetic Blade in Chapter 4 Season 2. Season 7 received Planes along with the Suppressed Sniper Rifle, Balloons, and Itemized Glider Redeploy, and the Minigun debuted in Season 2, but also appeared in Season 7. Season 8 saw the debut of the Pirate Cannon, Flint-Knock Pistol, Poison Dart Trap, and Buried Treasure.
Wenso reported that Sneaky Snowmen may be unvaulted since Fortnite contains the files for their effects. This information is only speculation, although a tweet from the official Fortnite account supports the claims by mentioning “polar loot.” On social media, players were excited about new information.
